Job Description: Summary: The Head of Enterprise Systems Delivery is responsible for leading the end-to-end design and execution of OFSE's most critical, complex, and high-visibility digital technology initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of business strategy, solution architecture, and delivery execution, ensuring that our enterprise technology programs deliver real measurable outcomes. In this role, you will lead solution architects & engineering teams to design and deliver integrated, enterprise-grade systems. This is a handson leadership opportunity to shape our delivery model, drive measurable outcomes, and influence how OFSE leverages technology to operate, grow, and innovate.
