Support the development and implementation of comprehensive readiness plans that align with NIWC Atlantic objectives. Facilitate readiness planning execution by coordinating efforts across NIWC Atlantic Competencies, Departments, and Executive Level Offices. Monitor readiness plan progress and outcomes to ensure alignment with NIWC Atlantic Lines of Effort, objectives, tasks, and ensuring the Command remains agile and responsive to new challenges and opportunities. Assist in the development of the Execution Plan Mission, vision, values, goals, objectives, and measures. Support readiness-related exercises.

Required Qualifications:



  • Education:Bachelor's level degree in any technical or managerial discipline.
  • Experience:10 years professional experience in program/project management.
