We are seeking an Expert Technical Systems Architect to lead enterprise CMDB strategy and architecture within a ServiceNow ITOM ecosystem. You'll own configuration modeling, governance frameworks, and integration design across complex hybrid infrastructures. This is a high-impact architect role influencing platform direction, data quality, and operational maturity.

• Define CMDB architecture, CI models, relationships, and ingestion patterns.
• Design reconciliation, normalization, and federation strategies.
• Lead CMDB governance, lifecycle policies, and health programs.
• Integrate data from monitoring, cloud, asset, and CI/CD systems.
• Build maturity roadmaps and phased implementation plans.
• Align CMDB design with ITSM/ITOM processes (Incident, Change, Asset, AIOps).
• Serve as CMDB subject matter expert to leadership and audit teams.
• Develop standards, playbooks, and training for enterprise adoption.

• 8+ years in ITSM / platform / enterprise architecture.
• 5+ years focused on CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
• Deep ServiceNow expertise.
• ITIL Foundation certification.
• Strong stakeholder communication and technical leadership skills.

• ServiceNow CIS (CMDB / Discovery / Service Mapping).
• Architect-level certifications.

Education:

• Masters's Degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or equivalent PLUS 10 Years of experience.
• Ten (10) years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education.

Clearance:

• The ability to pass a Tier 2/Moderate Background Investigation.

Location:

• Remote, USA.
• Monday - Friday (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM CST).

Pay Range:

• The pay for this position ranges from $90,730 to $103,500.
• The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
• Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as bonuses.
