Position Summary: The position of Project Coordinator will be responsible for working closely with our Project Management team to achieve project goals and objectives and will act as the point person on all vertical projects. The Project Coordinator should understand the business and how it is implemented within Oracle, Sikich's Project Management system, to identify issues and potential improvements. This role helps with day-to-day tasks related to the project and ensures accurate financial results.

Essential Job Duties:

* Collaborates with Project Owners and Managers to best configure the group within the system; identifies issues and potential improvements to ensure accurate financial results.

* Responsible for creating projects within the system.

* Manages project details, updates, and billing, as needed.

* Handles project's budget imports, adjustments, and baselines.

* Oversees resource updates for projects with exiting employees.

* Manages issues via a centralized ticketing board.

* Reviews and troubleshoots revenue to ensure proper revenue recognition.

* Identifies and recommends areas which need improvement to upper management.

* Assists with special projects, as needed.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or three (3) plus years of equivalent experience

* Prior experience in Financial Operations, Sales Operations, and/or Project Management, required

* Experience with Oracle ERP or similar cloud-based project and financial management tool

* Experience in a Professional Services industry/environment

* Strong Microsoft Excel skills; familiar with operating in cloud-based software

* Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills

* Strong verbal and written communication skills

* Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

* Ability to work in a team environment through sharing responsibilities and collaborating

* Ability to operate successfully in a deadline-driven environment

In compliance with this state's pay transparency laws, the midpoint of the salary range for this role is $67,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
