The Role:

Our site in Billerica, MA is seeking a/an APS Division Financial Planning & Analysis Co-Op to join our team for the Fall 2026 season. This assignment is intended to be 6 months in duration.

The Advanced Purification Solutions (APS) Division is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Coop to join our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. In this role, you will be part of a collaborative group that transforms the APS business vision into actionable financial strategy. You will work directly with divisional leaders to support data driven decision making and gain hands on experience in forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and financial modeling.
This opportunity is ideal for driven finance or accounting students who want exposure to real world FP&A work within a global semiconductor materials and equipment company. You will analyze trends, maintain financial tools and dashboards, and use platforms such as Power BI to deliver insights that influence business outcomes.

What You'll Do:

  • Support the divisional Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team in preparing forecasts, annual budgets, and longrange planning
  • Analyze financial variances and identify key trends impacting divisional performance
  • Assist in the creation of financial reports, forecast materials, and other FP&A deliverables
  • Contribute to the enhancement of forecasting processes by identifying gaps, improving templates, and streamlining workflows
  • Maintain clear, accurate documentation of financial processes to ensure consistency, compliance, and effective knowledge sharing
  • Provide ad hoc financial analysis to support strategic projects and operational initiatives across the division
  • Update and manage financial models and dashboards to ensure reliable, uptodate insights
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data through careful validation and attention to detail
  • Participate in cross functional team meetings and collaborate with teams to align financial plans with operational realities

What We Seek:

  • Pursuing a BA/BS degree in Accounting, Business, Economics or related field as a rising Junior
  • Completed at least one year of college
  • Proficiency with Excel; familiarity with Power BI or other data visualization tools is a plus
  • Strong communication skills and comfort working in a collaborative environment
  • Curiosity, initiative, and a desire to learn in a fastpaced, global business

Desired Major(s) & Graduation Year:

  • BA/BS degree in Accounting, Business, Economics or related field Anticipated
  • Graduation: Spring 2028

Eligibility:

  • Must be a currently enrolled student
  • Available to work 40 hours a week, M-F (8a-5p) beginning in mid-May/June through August/September.
  • Must be familiar with the university's requirements to participate in a co-op program
  • Entegris is not currently hiring candidates for co-ops/internships who will need, now or at any time in the future, Entegris sponsorship through the H1-B lottery.

Compensation: $20-$32 hourly range with actual pay dependent on graduation year and candidate skillset
