The Technical Product Manager drives the evolution of our products from idea through launch and beyond, ensuring that every release is grounded in user needs, data, and market insight. In this role, you will bridge product strategy and technical execution, working closely with Business stakeholders and engineering teams to transform vision into actionable roadmaps and high-quality delivery. Your work will help advance Clario's mission to transform lives by unlocking better evidence for patients and customers around the world.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Partner with data science peers, operational and delivery teams to align plans with overall portfolio and product or tool vision.
  • Develop and maintain a multiyear roadmap of releases, initiatives, and epics, aligning planned release dates with product launch plans.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to define architecture, user experience, and innovative capabilities for assigned components.
  • Lead the business architecture for your components, including user and data workflows, ensuring alignment with the overall product architecture.
  • Specify and prioritize requirements for current and future releases, informed by research and ongoing interaction with internal and external customers.
  • Balance priorities across product maintenance, technical architecture improvements, and new feature delivery in an agile environment.
  • Stay abreast of new technologies, industry direction, and market dynamics.
  • Oversee all aspects of SDLC from requirements, development, validation, and release.
  • Maintain close oversight of potential risk(s) and with relevant teams to mitigate such risk(s).
  • Partner with Business Analysts and crossfunctional teams to prepare release activities and develop user documentation and support materials, serving as a subject matter expert to the business.

What We Look For

  • Bachelor's degree in business, science, technology, or medicine, or equivalent practical experience; Master's in Business Administration preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, including full product lifecycle ownership.
  • Experience in the healthcare and/or life sciences industry, ideally within clinical trials or related domains.
  • Strong technical acumen with proven ability to translate business and user needs into clear, actionable requirements for technical teams.
  • Experience partnering with UX/UI teams to design and optimize business and data workflows.
  • Demonstrated success working directly with customers or end users to gather feedback and validate product direction.
  • Proven ability to prioritize work and focus on activities that align with product and business strategy.
  • Experience leading or mentoring others, with the ability to influence diverse stakeholder groups across levels and functions.
  • Proven ability to make timely decisions in a fastpaced, agile environment.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills in English.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% as needed.
  • Experience in at least two of the following areas:
    • Snowflake or equivalent data warehouse infrastructure.
    • SQL queries and understanding database models
    • Power BI
    • LLMs and Generative AI
    • Python based development
    • JIRA or similar management tool
    • Knowledge of Medical Imaging
    • Knowledge of clinical trials
  • Based in and authorized to work from the United States in a remote work arrangement.
