  • Experience working with production and asset management tools such as spreadsheet and presentation software, collaboration platforms, and professional image editing and asset management applications.

Job Description

In this role, you will manage and support cross-functional design and production initiatives, ensuring project alignment, execution, delivery, and asset integrity across web tools, software interfaces, and image-based workflows. You'll partner with Design Managers, Product, Engineering, Creative, Retouching, and Production teams to define project plans, set milestones, clarify requirements, and ensure design and imagery integrity throughout implementation. This includes leading brainstorms and workshops, running meetings and reviews, documenting key decisions and action items, and tracking and reporting overall project and imagery status on a weekly and daily basis.

You will manage image schedules, expectations, and resource allocation, track the status of assets across projects, and communicate progress clearly to stakeholders. You will receive, compile, confirm accuracy, and distribute pertinent project information to appropriate parties, while troubleshooting issues, unlocking blocked workstreams, and mitigating risks. You will schedule and facilitate pre- and post-production meetings, partner with asset management teams to archive final deliverables, and collaborate with other producers and production teams to streamline workflows and continuously improve processes in an ever-changing, fast-paced environment.

Education and Experience

  • Background in UX/UI, digital product design, software development environments, digital media production, or creative agency settings.
  • Experience working within complex, cross-functional organizations and managing image or asset-heavy projects preferred.
