Pay range: $110 - $120,000 annually

Your Opportunity:

TechSource is seeking a Program Analyst to support the Department of Energy (DOE)/National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) Office of Production Modernization Materials Management Program's Depleted Uranium (DU) Program (NA-192.3) in Washington, DC. You will coordinate and support technology maturation activities across the DU portfolio. You will work onsite at the DOE Forrestal Building, located in Washington, DC, 2 - 3 days a week and work remotely the other 2-3 days.

Primary Responsibilities:

* Facilitate internal technical reviews.

* Assist subject matter experts (SMEs) with technical documentation, briefing materials, and progress tracking.

* Improve configuration control and data traceability.

* Participate in meetings, conferences, and events at various locations in support of SMEs and work in the portfolio.

* Serve as the lead for Enhanced Management-B implementation and compliance.

* Lead development and maintenance of the Program Plan, capturing FYNSP alignment, milestones, and budget.

* Document and manage program interface.

* Provide operational support to the Executive Director regarding scheduling, action tracking, and meeting coordination.

  • Active DOE Q or Top Secret security clearance.
  • Master's degree in policy, political science, or other related field.
  • 1 or more years of direct DOE/NNSA experience.
  • Knowledge of Enhanced Management-B standards and portfolio compliance.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a high-tempo environment.


Preferred qualifications:

* NNSA Graduate Fellowship Program (NGFP) Fellow experience.

* Working knowledge to support depleted uranium technology maturation.
