Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

Shift: Monday - Friday 10 AM - 2 PM OR 11 AM - 3 PM

What You Bring to the Table.

• 1+ years of experience in an administrative role
• Experience with Oracle is highly preferred
• Confident using Microsoft Office and digital scheduling tools
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and great under pressure
• A positive, people-first attitude that keeps the office upbeat

From Clock In to Clock Out.

You'll perform general administrative and clerical duties. Data entry and document management. Assist with scheduling and coordinating office activities. Support internal teams with daily administrative tasks. Use Oracle system for data entry and reporting (training may be provided). Answer phones and respond to emails as needed.
