Shift: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Answer the phone.
• Work heavily in Microsoft Excel, Sage, and other computer programs.
• Take information down from customers who are placing orders.
• Be the facilitator between the warehouse, sales team, and accounting team.
• Put together packets of shipments and receipts daily.
• Handle the filing, record keeping, ordering parts, and inventory.

Requirements:

• Front desk/admin experience
• Highly proficient in Excel
• Inside sales experience a plus
• Excellent communication & customer service skills
• Reliable, dependable, and willing to learn
