In this role you will:



  • Provide both remote and onsite support to resolve complex IT issues, meeting high customer service standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve advanced problems involving servers, cloud environments, and networking infrastructure.
  • Serve as an escalation point for complicated technical issues beyond the scope of Service Desk, NOC and TSE I Engineers.
  • Log all service requests and maintain comprehensive documentation in the ticketing system.
  • Generate detailed network and technical documentation.
  • Deliver timely and accurate updates on all ongoing support issues, prioritizing client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other engineers and technicians to resolve client issues efficiently.
  • Self-schedule service calls on site/remote as needed for managed clients.
  • Complete company-provided training and certifications as required.
  • Maintain billable hour requirements.


You should have:



  • 3 years of technical experience in IT support or engineering roles.
  • Minimum of one industry recognized technical certification in Microsoft, CompTIA, Cisco or relevant vendors.
  • Obtain and maintain Elevity Approved Associate certification within 1 year.
  • Obtain and maintain required Elevity vendor certifications.
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience with:

    • Server hardware and operating systems (Windows Server 2016-2025)
    • Cloud platforms (Microsoft 365, Azure)
    • Networking infrastructure (switches, firewalls, wireless, VPNs)
    • Laptop and desktop hardware
    • Mobile devices and tablets
    • Windows and Mac desktop operating systems
    • Network peripherals and printers.
    • Active Directory


  • Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment and work seamlessly with other engineers and professional sales staff.
  • Ability to work on technical issues through to completion with Elevity teams' members as needed.
  • Strong desire to invest the time and energy to grow technical skill set and knowledge.
  • Ability to work with Elevity operations, project management, sales team, technology partners, and clients.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle in order to travel regularly to clients within assigned market area and occasional travel to other markets.
  • Ability to work on a rotating on-call schedule in order to provide consistent client support.
