Job Summary
This position is the operational core of our hiring process. Every new Partner hired flows through this role. When this position runs well, recruiters can recruit, hiring managers can hire, and the business can grow. When it doesn't, hiring stops. This is not a clerical role. This is a systems-driven, detail-obsessed, technically capable operations position that ensures our hiring process moves with speed, accuracy, compliance, and professionalism.
