What You'll Do:

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on mechanical systems, production equipment, and facility infrastructure.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics to identify issues and implement solutions.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment safely and effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts usage.
• Assist in the installation and setup of new machinery and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests promptly to minimize production interruptions.

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
• 3-5 years of mechanical maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and basic electrical troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and schematics.
• Proficient in using maintenance tools and equipment.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across severalU.S. geographic markets. Base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The annual U.S. pay range for this positionis listed below. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on your qualifications, job-related knowledge, skills,and experience.
