PP&E Reporting Manager

The PP&E Reporting Manager will be responsible for:



  • Fixed asset account management and month-end closing responsibilities, including review of fixed asset roll-forward, journal entries, account reconciliations and variance analysis
  • Assisting in the compilation and analysis of accounting and finance information to produce financial statements, including notes and reports both internally and externally to Stellantis
  • Approving lease classification determination and project spending classification (capital vs. expense)
  • Ensuring proper asset class is utilized in project approvals
  • Building and maintaining working relationships with operating departments and serving as a reference point for issue resolution
  • Working with Technical Accounting to provide guidance related to new pronouncements or changes
  • Establishing and maintaining internal control procedures to ensure compliance with Sarbanes Oxley
  • Developing and implementing accounting practices and procedures
  • Completing financial and compliance requirements for external auditors and tax
  • Driving continuous improvement and process initiatives throughout area of responsibility
  • Leading, training, and directing staff, including performance appraisals, training and development plans

Basic Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • If not Bachelor's Degree in the aforementioned, must have a Master's in Business Administration (MBA), Finance, or Accounting
  • CPA required
  • 8 + years of experience in accounting or financial analysis
  • Prior experience with PP&E accounting and reporting
  • Previous Management experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
