UX Writer/Content Designer

• Be able to work on a W-2 basis. C2C or 1099 is not permitted for this position
• Be able to showcase your work through case studies and/or portfolio. This should be narrative in nature highlighting your deisgn process and not just finished screens.

**About the Role**

We are seeking a talented Digital UX Writer to join a dynamic team responsible for crafting compelling and user-friendly content for our client's digital platforms. In this role, you will be at the forefront of improving digital experiences, ensuring clarity, consistency, and accessibility across all web and mobile properties. You will translate complex healthcare topics into plain language, making essential information easy to understand and act upon for a diverse audience. **What You'll Do**

* Create engaging content that aligns with content strategy, brand voice, business requirements, and digital standards.

* Simplify complex topics into clear, consumer-friendly, and accessible language.

* Ensure all content meets legal and compliance requirements.

* Collaborate closely with a diverse team, including copywriters, content strategists, visual designers, interaction designers, and business analysts, to deliver cohesive digital experiences.

* Contribute to the development and maintenance of digital content guidelines, standards, tools, and processes.

**Must-Have Qualifications**

* At least 3 years of digital copywriting experience.

* Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communication, or a similar field.

* Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fluid and dynamic environment, adapting to changing processes and priorities.

* Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and transitioning effortlessly between strategic and tactical tasks.

* Familiarity with content management systems.

* Experience with online tracking tools.

* Proficiency in common office productivity software and collaboration platforms.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications**

* Experience within the healthcare sector or another regulated industry.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $55.86 to $62.07 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
