Ocean Spray Cranberries, Inc.
vision insurance, flexible benefit account, parental leave, 401(k)
United States, Massachusetts, Boston
Feb 12, 2026
Ocean Spray is hiring for a(n) Brand Manager, Innovation! We're a team of farmers, thinkers, creators, and doers. Whatever your title, whatever your role - it always comes back to this: we're a farmer-owned co-op where everyone rolls up their sleeves to get the job done. Three maverick farmers started it all - and we've been making our own way ever since.

Position Location: We're all about flexibility! This will be a hybrid role based out of our corporate headquarters in Lakeville, MA or our Seaport Boston, MA location with Mondays and Fridays remote.

Do you love following trends? Tracking consumer behavior? Building new products? Are you passionate about all things cranberries? We're looking for a creative, passionate, and ready-to-innovate leader to join our team.

Under the guidance of the Director of Beverage Innovation, you will be responsible for identifying new product growth opportunities, uncovering key consumer insights and category gaps, and defining the best strategies to bring breakthrough ideas to market. You will lead cross-functional teams from early ideation through launch. This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, strong CPG innovation or marketing experience, and a desire to play a pivotal role in transformational beverage innovation.

A Day in the Life...

  • Partner with the Director of Beverage Innovation to craft a compelling innovation strategy and multi-year pipeline across the shelf-stable juice category and emerging beverage categories and platforms.
  • Lead the commercialization of innovation-from market assessment through product development-including positioning, design, and activation for new product launches.
  • Develop business objectives and marketing plans to drive awareness, trial, and repeat for innovation platforms.
  • Lead feasibility validation, project execution, customer sell-in, and performance tracking; collaborate with customer business teams to develop and execute innovation plans.
  • Work closely with sales partners to understand customer strategies and integrate them into brand and business plans.
  • Manage monthly volume forecasts, collaborating with demand and supply planning to ensure best-in-class accuracy; oversee brand budgets, including A&P for assigned products.

What We Are Looking For:

  • 4+ years of experience in innovation or marketing, preferably within CPG (food/beverage).
  • A creative thinker inspired by what's possible, skilled at bringing ideas to life in ways that drive business results.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills; able to identify growth opportunities through renovation or innovation. Experience with Nielsen and/or IRI preferred.
  • A collaborative leader with the ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams from platform ideation to launch.
  • Curiosity and a habit of challenging the status quo-asking why or why not?
  • Highly motivated and dedicated, with a natural inclination to contribute beyond your functional role and promote team engagement.
  • Ability to multitask and work with agility, switching seamlessly from business planning and P&L creation one day to consumer research the next.
  • Strong follow-through and attention to detail; keeps leadership informed with timely and accurate updates on project progress.
  • A relationshipbuilder who values transparency, respect, and collaboration; fosters strong partnerships across teams.
