Job Title: Pharmacist Location: Salem OR 97301 Duration: 6+ Months with possible extension Pay Rate : $65-$75/Hr Role & Responsibilities: Dispense and verify medications from central pharmacy to automated dispensing cabinets (ADCs). Monitor cold storage for vaccines and parenteral agents. Manage controlled substances, including auditing and reporting. Review medication orders for appropriateness, duplications, and interactions. Provide drug information and perform medication history reviews. Collaborate with pharmacy team to ensure accurate and timely medication management. Required Qualification: Active Pharmacist license in good standing. Experience with inpatient pharmacy operations and controlled substances. Preferred: experience with EHR systems and ADCs (Omnicell). Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
