Maintenance Supervisor

Alloy Products Corp. | Waukesha, WI

Alloy Products Corp. has been manufacturing stainless steel pressure vessels since 1929. As a family-owned company with nearly a century of stability, we value quality, accountability, and giving our leaders the autonomy to do their jobs well.

We are hiring a Maintenance Supervisor due to role restructuring and turnover. This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for keeping our facilities and equipment operating safely and efficiently across three onsite buildings.

The Impact You'll Make

You will oversee daily maintenance operations, lead a team of three technicians, manage preventative maintenance programs, and ensure parts are ordered responsibly within budget. Your leadership will directly reduce downtime, strengthen reliability, and support production performance across the plant.

What You'll Do

  • Lead, train, and schedule maintenance technicians
  • Oversee preventative and predictive maintenance programs
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
  • Manage spare parts inventory and maintenance expenses
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA and ISO standards
  • Partner with production to minimize downtime and improve efficiency

What You Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3-5+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience
  • 1-3+ years of supervisory experience in a maintenance or manufacturing setting
  • Ability to read technical drawings and schematics
  • Strong communication skills and a dependable, problem-solving mindset
  • We can teach processes. We cannot teach initiative, ownership, and attitude. The right candidate is reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced shop environment.

Why Alloy Products

  • Family-owned and flexible environment
  • Opportunities for internal growth
  • Aggressive 401(k): 100% match on the first 5% plus 5% profit sharing
  • Comprehensive health benefits and tuition reimbursement

If you are ready to step into a leadership role where your decisions make a daily impact, we would like to connect. Alloy Products Corp. is an equal opportunity employer.
