Job Overview
The Test Technician III is responsible for leading and executing advanced testing processes to ensure the quality and performance of electrical, electronic, and mechanical parts and materials. This position supports engineering activities by participating in the design, test development, check-out, modification, fabrication, and the assembly of new electrical and mechanical systems. The Test Technician III will identify improvements to our processes and procedures and ensure that testing and quality is a core value that comes first for our team. A Day In The Life

Associate's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent (required) Bachelor's Degree preferred. Minimum of 3-5 years of experiencein electrical/electronic testing and techniques of design (required) Strong attention to detail, problem solving, time management, and strong organizational and multi-tasking skills (required) Strong decision-making and leadership skills. Knowledge of the principles of theory and general electronic component functions preferred. Good oral and written communication skills. Ability to work from procedures and drawings with minimal guidance. Experience executing tests and documenting test results.
