Overview

What You Will Do

The role of Project Administrator at Prime Controls is crucial, as you are often the first impression on people visiting our office. In this position, you will adeptly convey Prime Controls' professional image, whether communicating over the phone or interacting in person. Serving as the central point of contact for our staff, vendors, and, most significantly, our clients, the ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills, possess strong organizational abilities, and exhibit a keen attention to detail. Additionally, this role involves undertaking administrative and clerical functions, providing general support across various departments.

A Typical Day at Prime Controls

    Answer, screen and direct all phone calls in a professional and friendly way
  • Meet and greet all visitors in a polished and professional manner
  • Manage staff movements in and out of the office
  • Administrative and clerical support as needed
  • Organize company in house lunches and catering
  • Order and maintain office supply inventory
  • Handle and prepare outgoing and incoming mail
  • Ship and receives packages
  • Accurately assemble kits of materials and components according to provided instructions and specifications.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records by recording materials used in kit assembly and reporting discrepancies to supervisors.
  • Handle Material transfers of all equipment/materials including photos
  • Organize and maintain Warehouse

What You Will Bring

  • 2 years of professional office experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Keen attention to detail in administrative tasks.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Ability to represent the company in a polished and courteous manner.
  • Familiarity with office equipment, including phones, copiers, and printers. Ability to handle and prioritize many types of advanced administrative duties and use independent judgement and initiative
