We are seeking a dynamic and organized Estimating Project Lead to join our team in West Allis, WI. As an Estimating Project Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing project estimation, budgeting, and subcontracting for a wide variety of projects that include, but are not limited to renewable energy, wastewater treatment, food & beverage industrial process and utility projects. Your ability to manage multiple tasks, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and proactively expedite the estimating and subcontracting process will be crucial. Job Duties:
