Job Description: Pacific Life is seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to serve as the Assistant Vice President (AVP) of Compensation Program Design and Delivery. This critical role will report directly to the SVP, Global Head of Total Rewards and will be responsible for the strategic design, implementation, governance, and delivery of innovative compensation programs that support Pacific Life's business objectives, talent strategies, and values across the globe. This position can be based in one of our office location: Newport Beach, Charlotte or Omaha. Key Responsibilities
Base Salary Range: $210,000 - $250,000 #LI-JS1 Base Pay Range: The base pay range noted represents the company's good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location. Also, most employees are eligible for additional incentive pay.
