What You Will Do as a Digital Asset Coordinator:

The Digital Asset Coordinator manages the process, organization, quality control, and distribution of photography and video assets from capture through final approval and archival. This role ensures creative content is properly proofed, uploaded, tagged, stored, and delivered to internal teams and external partners, including e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable supporting fast-paced creative and studio workflows.

How You Will Make a Difference:

  • Support daily model and photo/video workflows, managing assets from shoot to final approval and archive
  • Oversee proofing and approval processes, ensuring revisions are complete before additional review rounds
  • Perform detailed quality checks prior to final delivery
  • Ensure assets follow naming conventions, metadata standards, version control, and file organization guidelines
  • Upload, tag, and maintain assets in Frame.io, the DAM, ClickUp, and related systems, ensuring proper flow to e-commerce channels
  • Manage file transfers, backups, and versioning to support smooth post-production
  • Serve as a point person for internal teams regarding image and file issues
  • Conduct quarterly DAM audits to maintain organization and accuracy
  • Coordinate with creative, marketing, merchandising, and external partners to fulfill asset requests
  • Track asset status and support the Photo Studio Manager with delivery updates
  • Support Photo Studio on shoot days and assist; occasional travel for location shoots may be required

Skills for Success:

Required:

  • 2-4 years of experience in digital asset management, creative production, marketing, advertising, photography, or a related coordination role
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with DAM systems and creative workflow tools (e.g., Frame.io, ClickUp, or similar)
  • Familiarity with file naming, metadata standards, and version control
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Preferred:

  • Experience in a creative, photography, or post-production environment
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop)
