Senior International Quality Assurance/Quality Control Coordinator

Culmen International is seeking Senior International Quality Assurance/Quality Control Coordinators to lead quality assurance activities, train new staff, manage complex analyses of proficiency testing data, and support improvement efforts for international laboratories.

Lead QA/QC support for partnered laboratories globally.
• Analyze proficiency testing (PT/EQA) results and identify trends.
• Train International QA/QC Coordinators and junior staff.
• Participate in internal committees (e.g., SOP, QA, AutoSMILE).
• Support development of customized training and guidance materials.

• BS or higher in Medical Laboratory Science with ASCP or equivalent certification.
• Extensive laboratory and QA/QC experience.
• Prior international lab support or quality systems experience
