This position is funded for 2 year(s); continuation past 2 year(s) will be based on university need, performance, and/or availability of funding.POSITION SPECIFICS The Project & Business Development Specialist supports Continuing Education through project coordination, budget tracking, and business development activities focused on expanding earned-revenue opportunities, including the strategic use of Penn State Harrisburg facilities. This position plays a key role in operational execution, financial monitoring, and partner engagement, working under the direction of Continuing Education leadership. The role emphasizes implementation, analysis, and coordination rather than supervisory or managerial authority, while contributing directly to the financial sustainability and growth of Continuing Education initiatives.
