Under supervision, the Financial Analyst 2 supports the management and monitoring of departmental finances within the Department of Psychiatry. Responsibilities include participating in the development of annual clinical and academic budgets totaling over $60 million; performing financial analysis and account reconciliation across multiple funding sources; and advising department administrators on financial requests supporting all departmental missions. The role provides recommendations to optimize resource utilization and partners with clinical, academic, and administrative stakeholders to ensure accurate, consistent, and transparent financial reporting aligned with departmental priorities. Performs other related duties as assigned. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Pay Transparency Act Annual Full Pay Range: $73,205 - $106,634 (will be prorated if the appointment percentage is less than 100%) Hourly Equivalent: $35.06 - $51.07 Factors in determining the appropriate compensation for a role include experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The Hiring Pay Scale referenced in the job posting is the budgeted salary or hourly range that the University reasonably expects to pay for this position. The Annual Full Pay Range may be broader than what the University anticipates to pay for this position, based on internal equity, budget, and collective bargaining agreements (when applicable). | |
