Summary: Assist in managing the activities of workers engaged in duties concerned with sanitation tasks by performing the following duties.

Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Education/Experience: Associate's Degree (A. A.) from two-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Language Ability: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before employees of organization. Math Ability: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure. Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written and oral form. Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Word Processing software, Microsoft Excel spreadsheet software and email. Certificates and Licenses: -Food Sanitation Certification a plus Supervisory Responsibilities: Directly supervises sanitation employees in the Sanitation Department. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
