Our Creative Services team is searching for our next Designer. Your day starts with creative briefs, partnering with Copywriters/Editors and Project Managers to understand project goals and required deliverables. From there, you'll develop and refine designs in close collaboration with Art Directors, ensuring every asset aligns with Bio-Rad's brand standards while elevating the visual impact.

Throughout the day, you'll work with fellow designers to keep our visual identity consistent across digital, print, and social channels. You'll manage multiple deadlines, keep projects moving smoothly, and share your work with Art Directors for feedback that sharpens the final product. Ultimately, you'll be hands-on from concept to final file delivery, helping bring clear, compelling visuals to our marketing efforts.

How You'll Make An Impact:

  • Drive high-volume creative production across digital and print channels to support campaigns, product materials, and internal initiatives.
  • Translate creative concepts into polished assets that meet brand standards and technical specifications for both digital delivery and print production.
  • Prepare accurate, production-ready files that ensure smooth handoffs to print vendors, developers, and regional teams.
  • Collaborate with Art Directors, Copywriters/Editors, and Project Managers to align visual solutions with strategic goals and deliverables.
  • Create clear, compelling visuals that communicate both technical and conceptual information effectively.
  • Apply current design trends and industry insights to strengthen the quality and relevance of Bio-Rad's creative output.
