Johns Hopkins Radiology is searching for a Core Service Specialist to join its elite team. As a Core Svc Specialist you will:



  • oversee the pre-registration process
  • complete insurance verification, referral/authorization, financial work-up etc.
  • act as a patient resource for finiancial liability, education and physician information

Minimum Qualifications:



  • AA degree or additional 4 years of experience beyond the required experience
  • Three (3) years related medical office. hospital, medical call center or similar customer service
  • Extensive medical insurance processing/medical billing experience preferred


Shift:

Full Time (40 hours)

Day Shift

8:30am - 5:00pm

Salary Range: Minimum 22.33/hour - Maximum 36.86/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
