POSITION SUMMARY: The Professional Development and Credentialing Coordinator (PDCC) Supports the Florida Embedded Practices and Intervention with Caregivers (FL-EPIC) initiative. This individual operates in a quality assurance capacity to track and monitor internal and community provider fidelity. The PDCC supports the Lead Implementation Coach (LIC) and Provider Coaches (PCs), allowing them to continue to provide coaching and technical assistance to providers. The PDCC works with Direct Service Providers that have achieved FL-EPIC fidelity or approved benchmarks determined by the Early Steps State Office (ESSO) to submit annual coaching videos for the LIC or PC review. The PDCC works with the LIC to maintain records related to provider eligibility for the FL-EPIC fee. The PDCC assists with onboarding new Service Coordinators and Direct Service staff to make certain all education and experience requirements meet policy requirements and ensure Direct Service staff provider information is maintained, thoroughly documented, and updated per policy and Medicaid requirements. Performs other tasks as needed related to professional development training. Salary Range: Minimum 20.93/hour - Maximum 33.48/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
