POSITION SUMMARY:

The Professional Development and Credentialing Coordinator (PDCC) Supports the Florida Embedded Practices and Intervention with Caregivers (FL-EPIC) initiative. This individual operates in a quality assurance capacity to track and monitor internal and community provider fidelity. The PDCC supports the Lead Implementation Coach (LIC) and Provider Coaches (PCs), allowing them to continue to provide coaching and technical assistance to providers. The PDCC works with Direct Service Providers that have achieved FL-EPIC fidelity or approved benchmarks determined by the Early Steps State Office (ESSO) to submit annual coaching videos for the LIC or PC review. The PDCC works with the LIC to maintain records related to provider eligibility for the FL-EPIC fee. The PDCC assists with onboarding new Service Coordinators and Direct Service staff to make certain all education and experience requirements meet policy requirements and ensure Direct Service staff provider information is maintained, thoroughly documented, and updated per policy and Medicaid requirements. Performs other tasks as needed related to professional development training.

Hours: Full Time, 40 Hours Per Week

90% Remote Work, 10% Office Visit Required, Occasional Travel Required

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:



  • Collects, organizes, and maintains coaching implementation fidelity data/records
  • Participates in departmental and community agency/provider meetings as assigned
  • Provides assistance to providers to support their onboarding and collection of data
  • Meets required timelines and formats reporting data
  • Coordinating and facilitating professional development activities with Early Steps staff and community partners.
  • Maintains internal provider records as they pertain to providing direct service.



QUALIFICATIONS:



  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year accredited college or university with a degree in Early Childhood Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Knowledge about Florida Early Steps Program and its service delivery
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience designing, delivering, and evaluating professional development
  • Proficient with computer software applications (e.g., Microsoft Worda, Microsoft Excela, Microsoft PowerPointa, Zoom, MS Teams)


WORK ENVIRONMENT:



  • Climate controlled offices within the Early Steps region (Citrus, Hernando, Pasco, Pinellas Counties), and remote
  • Use of computers throughout the day
  • Adequate transportation to travel to outreach locations/assignments on a frequent basis


Salary Range: Minimum 20.93/hour - Maximum 33.48/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
