**What You'll Do**

You will lead the charge in building and nurturing our online community, translating business objectives into captivating social campaigns. Your daily contributions will include:

* Lead social planning and execution for content initiatives, ensuring alignment with our broader brand voice, social strategy, and business objectives.

* Partner closely with product marketing and integrated marketing teams to understand priorities, timelines, and success metrics, translating them into effective social approaches and content plans.

* Serve as a strategic connector between business objectives and creative execution, shaping briefs and recommendations that enable creative teams to deliver culturally relevant, high-performing social content.

* Maintain a strong pulse on culture, platform trends, and creator ecosystems, identifying opportunities to authentically connect cultural moments to our content platform and player behavior.

* Perform day-to-day social operations, including content planning, calendar management, copy development, publishing, community engagement, and light moderation, ensuring a high-quality and consistent presence across channels.

* Create, curate, and elevate social content at scale, highlighting creators, user-generated content, and community moments to drive engagement, discovery, and sustained interest.

* Track and interpret social performance across initiatives, contributing to campaign reporting and dashboards while using data and insights to optimize content and demonstrate impact against goals.

* Collaborate with stakeholders on campaign content strategy ideation and implementation.

* Conduct social media data analysis and reporting.

* Engage with players, brands, and influencers on our social media platforms.

**Skills & Experience You'll Bring**

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* 5+ years of overall experience in the field, with a minimum of 5 years working within the gaming sector or for a major game publisher.

* Minimum 3-5 years of experience with analytical ability, demonstrating the capacity to drive insights into actionable strategies.

* Minimum 3-5 years of experience in social media strategy planning, goal setting, and implementation.

* Experience managing high-volume social media channels for well-known video game publishers, video game equipment manufacturers, or similar organizations within/supporting the gaming sector.

* Exceptional knowledge of social media, staying up-to-date with current trends and platform dynamics.

* Proficiency with Office 365 and analytics tools (including native social media analytics platforms).

* Proven copywriting experience for social media, with the ability to easily adapt to various tones of voice.

* Excellent data analysis and storytelling skills, capable of translating complex data into compelling narratives.

* Excellent project management skills, ensuring timely and effective execution of social campaigns.

* Superb communication skills, enabling effective collaboration and engagement.

* Self-motivated, organized, and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced and evolving social media landscape.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* A background in gaming with a high degree of creativity.

* A strong balance between a creative and data-driven mentality, acting as a go-getter and self-starter.

* Previous knowledge of a highly popular block-building game or experience with its community.

* Ability to influence without authority, guiding teams and stakeholders towards optimal social strategies.

* Experience with industry-standard social media management platforms like Sprinklr.

* A creative portfolio or previous samples of social media strategy.
