The Web Content Project Manager role is responsible for end-to-end delivery for all projects that power a multi-product content hub. This role is responsible for intake-to-publish execution across content and web work streams, balancing timelines, resourcing, quality, and stakeholder alignment, so the hub consistently ships high-quality experiences and articles on schedule. The PM partners closely with content strategy, copywriting, design, SEO, engineering/development, and marketing stakeholders to remove blockers, manage dependencies, and keep work moving in a fast-paced environment. Program & Project Delivery

Drive day-to-day execution: create project schedules, define deliverables, manage cross-team dependencies, and ensure on-time delivery within agreed scope.
Provide clear, regular reporting on status, risks, decisions needed, and schedule changes to stakeholders and leadership.
Lead change management when requirements shift-resetting priorities, timelines, and expectations while protecting quality and launch outcomes. Workflow, Intake, and Calendar Management
Own hub-wide intake and prioritization processes (e.g., request forms, revisions), ensuring work is properly scoped, resourced, and queued.
Manage and evolve the hub's editorial and production calendars; align planned content to marketing beats and product launches and coordinate capacity to meet demand.
Establish lightweight operating rhythms (standups, weekly reviews, launch readiness checks) that improve transparency, throughput, and accountability. Cross-Functional Coordination & Approvals
Orchestrate cross-functional reviews and approvals to ensure launch readiness.
Partner with development/engineering and publishing owners to ensure content is correctly implemented and released across the hub. Quality, Governance, and Continuous Improvement
Define and enforce "definition of done" for hub deliverables (content, pages, assets, components), including QA for accuracy, links, layout, and specs prior to publish.
Identify process breakdowns, implement fixes, and prevent repeat issues across projects; drive retro learnings into improved workflows and templates.
Partner with SEO stakeholders to support best practices and optimization efforts for discoverability and performance. Qualifications

Ability to manage work across multiple product lines or solution areas simultaneously.
Experience supporting product marketing or go-to-market motions for technology or software products.
Comfort working with ambiguity and evolving requirements in fast-moving product environments.
Demonstrated ability to translate high-level strategy into executable project plans.
Experience coordinating with UX, engineering, and web development teams on content-driven experiences.
Knowledge of accessibility standards and requirements for digital content.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate risks and proactively mitigate issues.
Data-informed mindset with experience using metrics to track delivery performance and process efficiency.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage high volumes of work without sacrificing quality.
