Candidates must have 5+ YOE as a Technical designer in pattern making or adjusting patterns. In this role, you will be the architect behind the garments, transforming creative visions into tangible, high-performance apparel that athletes depend on. Your precision and expertise in pattern development will directly influence the fit, function, and overall success of cutting-edge athletic wear, making a significant impact on product quality and athlete experience. You will play a crucial role in the development process, acting as the bridge between conceptual design and physical product. Your expertise will ensure that every garment not only looks exceptional but also performs flawlessly, providing unparalleled comfort and support for athletes.
