We're supporting a leading audio entertainment service that is redefining how fans connect with artists and creators. This platform delivers immersive audio experiences-from personalized playlists and exclusive content to live events and artist merchandise. A key focus of the business is building meaningful artist-to-fan connections through physical products, exclusive releases, and limited-edition collections.

As a New Business, Merch Operations Specialist, you will play a hands-on role in scaling a global merchandise business. This position is centered on execution, vendor coordination, and operational performance across multiple international markets. **About the Role**

Join a dynamic New Business team focused on revenue generation within specific international markets. Working closely with leadership and a broader international team, you will bring to life the vision for the merchandise business while ensuring operational excellence in day-to-day activities. The ideal candidate blends strong analytical and operational skills with a genuine passion for music and merchandise, understanding both the technicalities of retail operations and the cultural significance of artist-fan connections. You will collaborate with global teams to implement merchandise programs that resonate with local audiences while upholding global standards. This is a highly hands-on role focused on execution, process ownership, and operational follow-through rather than brand marketing.

**Must-Have Qualifications**

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

* 3-4 years of experience in operations, retail, account management, or the music industry.
