A key focus of the business is building meaningful artist-to-fan connections through physical products, exclusive releases, and limited-edition collections. As a New Business, Merch Operations Specialist, you will play a hands-on role in scaling a global merchandise business. This position is centered on execution, vendor coordination, and operational performance across multiple international markets. You'll support the expansion of merchandise offerings, help bring exclusive product launches to market, and ensure day-to-day operational excellence that directly contributes to revenue growth and fan engagement. **About the Role** Join a dynamic New Business team focused on revenue generation within specific international markets. This role sits at the exciting intersection of music, artist merchandise, retail operations, and fan experiences. You will be responsible for executing merchandise operations across multiple markets and supporting the implementation of exclusive product launches.
