  • Be authorized to work in the United States
  • Not require sponsorship of any kind for the duration of the assignment
  • Be able to work on a W-2 basis. C2C or 1099 is not permitted for this position
  • Have a current Pharmacy Technician's license for the State of Pennsylvania


Are you a highly experienced Pharmacy Technician with a passion for precision and patient care? We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our client's team, where you will play a crucial role in the preparation and distribution of vital drug products. In this dynamic position, you will leverage your expertise to manage prescription fulfillment through advanced systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency at every step. Your contributions will be essential in maintaining the highest standards of pharmaceutical care and directly impacting the health outcomes of many.

**Responsibilities:**

* Manage prescription exceptions, including resolving claim rejections and facilitating necessary member and physician outreach.

* Accurately input member demographics and prescription details into the data processing system.

* Investigate and resolve rejected insurance billing issues and address escalated member concerns.

* Collaborate with Pharmacists by escalating complex prescription questions for interpretation or guidance on processing.

* Engage with patients and physicians through inbound and/or outbound calls, providing support and information.

* Perform additional duties as assigned to support pharmacy operations.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* High School diploma or equivalent.

* Proven experience as a Pharmacy Technician. Experience in a Specialty Pharmacy preferred.

* Current Pharmacy Registration and Certification as mandated by the state of operation.

* Proficiency in basic computer skills.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $19.80 to $22.00 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
