Prometheus Energetics is looking for a Human Resources Director to direct the planning, development, implementation, administration, and budgeting of most or all of the following human resource functions: compensation, employment, employee relations, equal employment opportunity, affirmative action, organizational development, talent management, culture, training and companyis diversity and inclusion initiatives. Directs and controls the activities of a broad functional area through several department managers within the company, recommending and implementing changes to methods. GENERAL JOB SUMMARY:
- Advises company management in personnel policy and program matters, making or recommending appropriate decisions as consistent with strategic direction.
- Partners with VP to select and develop personnel to ensure efficient operations of talent management throughout the organization.
- Participates with other senior managers to establish strategic plans and objectives.
- Makes final decisions on administrative or operational matters and ensure operations effective achievement of objectives.
- Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of the company.
- Participates in corporate development of methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for projects, programs, and people.
- Ensures budgets and schedules meet corporate requirements.
- Regularly interacts with executives and/or major customers.
- Interactions frequently involve special skills, such as negotiating with customers or management.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY: This position has direct supervisory responsibilities. WORK ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Office and/or manufacturing environment.
- Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to perform repetitive motion (keyboarding, mouse, phones, use tools/equipment).

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Typically requires a minimum of 12 years of related experience with a bacheloris degree; or a minimum of 8 years and a Master's degree; or 16 years equivalent work experience.
