Job Summary:

The Sales Training & Development Administrator supports the Sales Training & Development Team by coordinating and executing Sales Training and Sales Leadership Development initiatives across the sales organization. This role will be responsible for the planning, implementation, on-site logistics, and post-program follow up for all departmental training programs. In addition, the Sales Training & Development Administrator will collaborate with the Executive Director, Sales Training & Development and department staff to ensure training initiatives are delivered efficiently, consistently, and within budget.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:



  • Manages the planning, coordination, and execution of Sales Training and Sales Leadership Development programs across the Sales Organization.
  • Serves as the lead for on-site training logistics, including managing travel arrangements, lodging, scheduling, and attendee support.
  • Serves as the primary point of contact and support for Field Sales Teams and Sales Leadership for all ongoing training initiatives.
  • Develops and maintains the annual Sales Training and Sales Leadership Development calendars, training programs, and course materials.
  • Partners with department's leadership to develop, edit, maintain, and update Sales Training and Sales Leadership Development curriculum materials.
  • Compiles and prepares reports, metrics, and presentations to evaluate and track training initiatives and program effectiveness.
  • Administers and manages Sales Training and Sales Leadership Development content and testing within the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Utilities tracking tools to monitor and ensure certification requirements for all sales teams are current, completed, tracked, and communicated.
  • Performs content management tasks, including organizing, storing, and maintaining training materials in compliance with industry standards.
  • Maintains and tracks department training costs and spending to ensure alignment within approved budgets.
  • Other responsibilities and projects assigned.

      Knowledge & Other Qualifications:



      • Bachelor's Degree is preferred or equivalent experience is required.
      • Minimum of two years of experience in an administrative role is required.
      • Previous experience as a training coordinator, event or meeting planner, is preferred.
      • Experience working with a Sales Training and Development Team is preferred.
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, with advanced skills in PowerPoint, and intermediate to advanced skills in Excel and Word preferred.
      • Strong written and verbal organizational/communication skills are required.
      • Ability to prioritize, identify problems, and seek solutions is required.
      • Capacity to lead multiple projects and tasks simultaneously and efficiently is required.

      Physical Requirements / Work Environment / Travel Requirements:



      • This position requires sedentary work, including sitting down for long periods of time, and the ability to exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or carrying objects.
      • The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data and figures, transcribing, viewing a computer screen, iPad, or other electronic device, and extensive reading.
      • The worker is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions.
      • This position is required to be on-site for the full duration of all department training events, meetings, sessions, and may require up to 10% travel.


      Compensation:

      At Supernus, we offer a competitive compensation package that reflects your experiences and contributions. The expected salary range for fully qualified candidates applying for this role is $70,000 to $80,000. This range is what the Company reasonably expects to offer for the position and is not reflective of the full compensation scale of the role. This range may be modified in the future. An individual's salary within the range is based on multiple factors, which may include and are not limited to education, relevant experience, knowledge, length of industry experience and organizational needs.

      You also will be able to participate in a competitive benefits package, including but not limited to: health, dental, vision, paid time off, 401k company match, company paid life insurance and health and wellness benefits. The total compensation package for this position also includes other compensation elements such as stock equity awards, employee stock purchase programs and participation in our Company's discretionary annual bonus program.
