| Duties and Responsibilities |
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
-Role as Recruiting Coordinator; Forging and maintaining recruiting relationships, managing databases, and budget forecasts, as well as maintaining documentation to ensure
NCAA compliance
-Role as Camp Director for program summer camps; Organizing camp structure, managing staff, and determining camp curriculum, as well as overseeing daily operations at overnight camps
-Primary opponent scout; Conduct opponent film breakdown, create and deliver scouting reports,
ensure team preparation for all matches, collect and analyze statistical information
- Role as liaison between Men's Soccer coaching staff and Academic Services staff.
-Coordinate video, ensuring upload with opponents and Game Tape Exchange system
-Coordinate team community service projects, working with charitable organizations in the community
-Other duties, as assigned |
| Minimum Education and/or Work Experience |
Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred. Two years of collegiate coaching experience in designated sport required. Understanding of and compliance with
NCAA rules and regulations and commitment to the mission of Jesuit higher education. |
| Qualifications |
- Three to five years of soccer coaching experience.
- An ability to draw upon coaching/playing experience and contribute to technical training as well as in match tactical adjustments.
- Must have working knowledge of Missouri Valley Conference and NCAA rules and regulations.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
