Under technical direction, theAudit Management Analystwill support payroll operations, payment processing and voucher examination, Intra-Governmental Payment and Collection (IPAC) transactions, and audit management and follow-up activities. Personnel perform moderately complex financial management functions requiring independent judgment, technical proficiency, and adherence to federal laws, regulations, and Agency policies. The role operates in a high-volume, time-sensitive environment and performs non-inherently governmental functions under established procedures.This is a remote, full-time role.



  • Support agency Audit Management and Follow-up Program.
  • Track, analyze, and report on OIG and other audit findings using CACS.
  • Coordinate with OIG, program offices, and external stakeholders to support audit resolution and closeout.
  • Position requires US citizenship and ability to successfully pass a government background investigation.
  • Must be able to support/work core hours of 1000-1500 Washington DC time regardless of remote location.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Auditing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: 4 years of experience supporting administrative, audit, or compliance functions at a cabinet-level agency (or equivalent substituted experience).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to work effectively in a virtual team environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite to include Teams or similar workplace chat and videoconferencing tools.
