Duties & Responsibilities
In this customercentric, operationsfocused role, you will support reliable delivery for Itron's utility and energy sector partners by managing a complex EMS order book with accuracy, accountability, and agility.
  • Run Oracle reports to accurately assess and validate the EMS order book, ensuring reliable information flow for internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage Oracle functions to administer the EMS order book with authenticity and attention to detail
  • Drive KPI performance with the EMS in a collaborative and innovative manner, including:
    • OTS
    • Ontime scheduling of new orders
    • Revenue attainment
    • NRC controls
  • Provide timely and transparent order book reporting to enable crossfunctional decisionmaking
  • Monitor order status and collaboratively manage prioritization to support customer commitments and operational excellence
Required Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or a minimum of 5 years of Supply Chain experience demonstrating accountable and customercentric operations support
  • Knowledge of MRP processes and how they support agile and reliable supply chain performance within the utilities and energy technology environment
  • Excel skills to manage, analyze, and troubleshoot data with accuracy and innovation
  • PowerPoint skills for clear and authentic data storytelling in crossfunctional settings
Preferred Skills & Experience
  • Oral and written communication skills that support collaborative problem solving and stakeholder engagement

The successful candidate's starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills and experience and may vary by location. The base salary is $96,000-$175,000 annually. This position is eligible for our annual bonus program.
