Main mission Provide administrative support to the HR department across the EMEA region and actively contribute to daily HR operations while learning and developing HR skills. Key responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee and contractors' files and HR databases for EMEA countries.
- Prepare and follow up on employment-related documents (contracts, amendments, certificates).
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Update HR systems with employee data (master data, absences, leaves).
- Manage day-to-day insurance and benefits administration: handle affiliations, de-registrations, and updates during employment.
- Assist in internal communication and HR events.
- Collaborate with the Payroll Officer to manage payroll variables.
- Liaise with external bodies (social security, tax authorities, insurance providers).
- Provide admin support to the EMEA HR Manager (Talent Acquisition).
Profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or relevant experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in HR.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
- Good command of MS Office, SuccessFactors and experience with an HRIS
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written); other European language(s) are an advantage.
