About the Core GNSS Group Trimble's Core GNSS group is the powerhouse behind the company's world-leading positioning technology, developing the high-precision engines that drive industries like construction, agriculture, and geospatial surveying. This team designs and builds the advanced hardware and firmware found in iconic integrated receivers like the R980 and Alloy, utilizing signals from all global satellite constellations (GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, and BeiDou). By pioneering breakthrough technologies such as ProPoint and tilt compensation, the group ensures centimeter-level accuracy even in the most challenging environments. Our work provides the essential "digital-to-physical" bridge that enables autonomous machines and precise layout workflows worldwide.
