About the role The Senior System Analyst works with little supervision partnering with the contract lifecycle management business to identify business requirements, outlining functional and system specifications that meet business user requirements, and mapping them to system capabilities and technical solutions. The Senior System Analyst works to improve Insight's business processes and supports critical business strategies by recommending system designs that meet requirements and deliver value to the business. This person will be capable of providing technical Leadership and guidance for one or multiple projects. The Senior System Analyst will review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user's needs, business program functions, and steps required to determine best technical configuration of system changes and/or improvements. This position makes decisions that can affect the overall outcome of the business or the company, in conjunction with Leads and IT management.
