Summary: The Plant Manager oversees the daily operations of a manufacturing facility, ensuring safe, efficient, and costeffective production. This role is responsible for leading and developing plant teams, managing workflow and resource allocation, optimizing processes, and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. The Plant Manager drives continuous improvement initiatives, monitors key performance indicators, manages budgets, and collaborates with crossfunctional partners to align production goals with broader business objectives. Ultimately, this role ensures that the plant operates reliably, meets customer and organizational expectations, and fosters a culture of accountability and operational excellence. This position is based in Anacortes, Washington. Essential Functions: (Responsibilities, Tasks, Supervisory Needs)
This is a salaried exempt position with an annualized salary range of $120,000 to $208,000 per year. Trident Seafoods offers a comprehensive and quality benefits package. Travel/On-Call Requirements: Minimal travel, up to 10%. Work environment: This role takes place in both an office and production setting. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be exposed to wet and/or humid conditions and moving mechanical parts. The employee is frequently exposed to outside weather conditions. The employee is occasionally exposed to high, precarious places; fumes or airborne particles; toxic or caustic chemicals; extreme cold; risk of electrical shock and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is moderate to loud. Work Ability Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms.
