Rental Quality Assurance Representative - FT

This role is a great fit for individuals from retail, warehouse, service, or other hands-on backgrounds-no prior travel experience required.

What You'll Do:

You will inspect the interior and exterior of our vehicles to ensure each one meets our quality and safety standards and is ready for our customers. This includes entering vehicle status and inspection details into a mobile handheld device, coordinating the movement of cars around our airport lots, and assisting customers as needed with professionalism and care.

Your attention to detail and commitment to quality help ensure customers receive clean, reliable vehicles and a positive rental experience.

What We're Looking For:

* Valid Driver's License
* Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)
* Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and safety
* Customer-focused mindset with professionalism and care
* Willingness to work outdoors and stay active
* Flexibility to work all shifts
* Must be able to stand, walk, enter and exit vehicles for prolonged periods, and drive a variety of vehicles
* Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
* This position requires regular, on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely
* 6 months retail, service, or customer-facing experience in a fast-paced environment is a bonus
