LinTech Global Inc. is recruiting a SharePoint Online Administrator to support our contract at the USAMRIID in Fort Detrick, MD.

Target Salary: $110,000.00

Position Overview:



  • We are seeking a SharePoint Online Administrator with strong Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate) expertise to support SharePoint migration and ongoing SharePoint Online administration. This role is critical to maintain operational continuity and ensuring mission requirements are not impacted during migration and sustainment efforts.


Job Duties:



  • Administer and support SharePoint Online (site collections, permissions, user access, governance, and configuration).
  • Support SharePoint migration activities, including planning, execution, troubleshooting, and user support.
  • Develop and maintain business solutions using:

    • Power Apps (Canvas and/or Model-driven)
    • Power Automate (workflows, approvals, notifications, and integrations)


  • Ensure SharePoint environments meet performance expectations and maintain required documentation.
  • Provide technical support and collaborate with stakeholders to improve and automate business processes.
  • Support compliance and security best practices as required for Government environments.


Preferred Qualifications



  • Experience supporting DoD/Federal customers or regulated environments
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 governance (DLP, retention, sensitivity labels, etc.)
  • Experience with SharePoint hybrid environments (on-prem + online)
  • Knowledge of SharePoint-related technologies (SQL fundamentals, IIS concepts, SharePoint configuration best practices)
  • Microsoft certifications (Power Platform or M365/SharePoint-related)


Required Qualifications:



  • This position requires and IAT II Certification, example Security+, to Start.
  • This position requires a DOD Secret Security Clearance to Start, current US. Citizenship is a perquisite to obtaining the required clearance for this position.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field OR equivalent experience
  • 3+ years' experience supporting SharePoint Online administration
  • Demonstrated experience supporting SharePoint migrations using Sharegate or equivalent third-party migration tools.
  • Hands-on experience with Power Apps and Power Automate
  • Ability to develop, document, and maintain technical procedures and configurations
  • Strong communication skills and ability to support end users and technical teams
