The Program Coordinator - Behavioral Health supports clinical staff in the administration of programs serving individuals with chronic mental illness. This role performs non-clinical operational and administrative functions essential to program success, including scheduling, case setup in workflow systems, recipient support via phone, data entry, and management of records and documentation. The Program Coordinator partners closely with clinicians and support teams to ensure efficient, organized, and responsive program operations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
