Operations Analyst, Senior

The Opportunity:

Identify, analyze, and evaluate complex and highly sensitive systems, policies, processes, and instrumentation related to foreign threats and homeland security. Determine procedure for solving complex design, integration, and analytical problems. Perform or direct scientific and technical intelligence analysis. Report changes, trends, and implications regarding design and integration of evolving systems and instrumentation. Prepare briefings and reports on analysis methodology and results. Provide work leadership for junior employees.

You Have:

• 8+ years of experience with Military Information Support Operations (MISO) printed material content, design, and distribution
• 8+ years of experience in the areas of MISO and military planning for USSOCOM or a service headquarters
• 8+ years of experience synchronizing MISO themes and objectives, including anticorruption, CWMD, drawn from Theater Security Cooperation Plan (TSCP), and Theater Campaign Plans (TCPs) in support of CCMD objectives
• 5+ years of experience using the Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP)
• Ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

• Ability to perform a wide range of complex analytical tasks for trans-regional MISO programs, including identifying target audience trends, analyzing target audiences, ad distilling measures of performance, measures of effectiveness, and evidence of effectiveness
• Ability to merge datasets based on common key variables, create subsets based on a conditional qualitative value, examine cross tabs, create bins or ranks from a variable value, and analyze strategies to improve the effectiveness of messaging
• Ability to conduct research and ensure evolving strategic MISO missions and objectives are synchronized with overarching global MISO planning documents
