Warranty Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized, execution-focused professional to manage highvolume vehicle operations affecting hundreds of units per month. In this role, you'll serve as the operational hub-coordinating logistics, inspections, repairs, and returns while acting as a critical escalation point across internal teams, dealers, and service partners.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in fastmoving environments, excels at crossfunctional coordination, and is comfortable operating across multiple time zones.

What You'll Do

• Manage High-Volume Operations:
  Oversee 100-125 affected vehicles per month, ensuring timely coordination of inspections, repairs, transportation, and returns.
• Coordinate End-to-End Logistics:
  Act as the central point of coordination for vehicle flow-aligning dealers, inspectors, repair facilities, and internal stakeholders.
• Serve as the Escalation Point:
  Provide twiceweekly status followups and realtime escalation support to resolve issues quickly and minimize operational disruption.
• Build & Maintain Repair Capacity:
  Cultivate and manage a network of Courtesy Dealers to ensure sufficient repair coverage and throughput.
• Ensure Accuracy & Compliance:
  Validate warranty repair information, maintain detailed documentation, and ensure adherence to all required processes and controls.
• Operate Within Enterprise Systems:
  Work within GM's computing environment, following all corporate policies, procedures, and security requirements.
• Support a National Footprint:
  Collaborate across all U.S. time zones, with schedule flexibility to ensure coverage and continuity where needed.

Work Location & Schedule

• On-site presence Tuesday-Thursday
• Flexibility on remaining days based on regional and operational needs
• Hours may shift periodically to support national coverage across time zones
