Overview:
We're seeking a dynamic and strategic Associate Manager of Sales Enablement & Training to elevate leadership capabilities in driving revenue performance across Customer Care teams. This role is dedicated to equipping front-line and mid-level leaders with the skills, insights, and tools needed to improve sales behaviors, lead high-performing teams, and contribute meaningfully to the company's revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership Training Delivery: Facilitate engaging sales-focused leadership training programs tailored to Care leaders, focusing on coaching, performance management, and revenue-driving behaviors.
  • Performance Collaboration: Partner with Revenue strategy teams to assess team performance, identify sales gaps, and recommend targeted training solutions for all Care teams and sites.
  • Content Development Partnership: Collaborate with instructional designers and content creators to develop relevant, impactful sales enablement content for leadership training, performance reviews, and team development. Provide data and feedback on the implementation of training material for how it can be updated and improved periodically.
  • Train-the-Trainer Support: Prepare, mentor, and support trainers and floor leaders in delivering revenue-focused learning programs across the organization.
  • Cross-Functional Liaison: Serve as a bridge between the training and revenue organizations to align initiatives, support change management, and ensure consistency in messaging and objectives.
  • Continuous Improvement: Analyze training impact, gather feedback, and refine programs to ensure they drive measurable improvements in sales performance and leadership effectiveness.
  • Pilots & Training Initiatives: Conduct training for new revenue pilots and programs. Gather data on performance and work with Revenue and Training teams to adjust training to meet desired success measures.
  • Support for BPO Sales coaches and Staff: Work with Care and BPO leaders to implement sales solutions for each site. May require travel to BPO sites.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in sales training, sales leadership, or enablement roles, preferably in a contact center or security industry setting.
  • Experience in service to sales environment
  • Knowledge and experience applying sales methodologies in a sales role.
  • Proven track record of developing and delivering leadership training with a focus on revenue performance.
  • Experience leading a high performing revenue team in an enterprise or corporate setting.
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across departments.
  • Strong knowledge in reading and analyzing performance metrics.
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to link performance insights to training strategy.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working with BPO, international partner, training and leadership teams.
  • Top performing sales representative in a contact center.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and blended learning approaches.
  • Experience creating facilitation or training content.
